Titas Sarker shared his takeaways from Bangladesh AI Business Summit 2026 on Facebook. In an evening post on 5 November, he wrote that AI is no longer only answering questions—it is also doing work for people.
He said he saw AI solutions and innovation from various organisations, and listed real uses: CV screening and candidate selection in HR, help-desk automation for IT support, customer behaviour analysis, exam and performance analysis in education, and AI agents for sales and customer-support automation.
In his view, many people still treat AI only as ChatGPT or a content tool, while it can change how a whole organisation works. Those who combine their skills with AI properly will stay ahead, he wrote.
