Hire-a-Mind, an AI platform for hiring, has added several new features. It started out only analysing interviews. Now the whole process, from the job description to CV shortlisting, AI interviews and human interview analysis, can be done in one place. Monjurul Alam Mamun, who is involved with the product, shared this in a Facebook post on 5 November.

From one task to four steps
Mamun wrote that the team spent about a year building the product. At first it did only one thing: Human Interview Analysis. When they began giving demos to clients, they kept hearing similar questions.
According to him, a single job post can bring in 400 to 500 CVs, and finding the right candidates among them is a challenge. Others want to interview 50 people but call only five to the final round.
He said the team listened to clients for several months and added features step by step. The workflow is now:
Job Description → CV Shortlist → AI Interview → Human Interview Analysis
Heading to an AI summit in Stockholm
Mamun said he is going to the Nordic Data Science & Machine Learning Summit in Stockholm, Sweden. According to the graphic in his post, this is the summit’s 11th edition, held on 10 and 11 November, with the theme “From Models to Operational AI”.
He wrote that at the summit he wants to learn how Nordic teams are turning AI models into real production systems and what kinds of problems their clients want solved.
